About
Classes are taught by an ex-professional Ballet dancer and qualified Ballet and Pilates Teacher. Candice offers bespoke group and 1-2-1 Clinical Pilates - Hatha Yoga - Ballet classes. Her knowledge of the human anatomy and biomechanics through her many years of training as a professional dancer brings to her classes and clients additional nurturing and care. Candice classes support a wide range of abilities, from those who require rehabilitation, to athletes and dancers.

In addition Candice is the founder and Principal of her own ballet school Bristol Ballet School
- offering classes from 2 years of age.

A Life of Balance
CLASSES WE OFFER
We offer Group Classes and specialise in One-On-One Coaching Programs throughout the day and evening to accommodate your busy schedule.
Each Group Class lasts up to 60 minutes although this can vary for Small Groups and One-On-One Private Sessions.
The classes are mixed ability and are designed to cater for clients with either none or some previous experience.
