CLASSES WE OFFER
We offer Group Classes and specialise in One-On-One Coaching Programs throughout the day and evening to accommodate your busy schedule.
Each Group Class lasts up to 60 minutes although this can vary for Small Groups and One-On-One Private Sessions.
​You absolutely do not have to be advanced level or any kind of athlete to attend in these classes. A lot of my group lessons and private lessons are structured around injury rehabilitation. I accept total beginners.

BACK CARE & CORE STRENGTHENING CLASS
Freedom to practice at home
Working long hours in a stressful environment combined with poor posture can often result in tension and aches, typically in the lower back. My back care & strengthening class has been specifically designed to help to improve lumbar stabilisation, creating a stable and strong spine.

FLEXIBILITY & CORE STRENGTHENING CLASS
Emphasis is on correcting the natural alignment of the entire body - specifically the pelvic area and spine.
My FCS Pilates classes help to engage the torso, deep abdominals and pelvic floor muscles. It sculpts the body giving definition to muscles whilst increasing flexibility and strength. Helping to support, ease and improve boy & back aches and pains.

YIN FLOW YOGA
This lesson is a slower paced style of Yoga, incorperationing asanas that are held for longer periods of time. This method of yoga works to increase flexibility and to release deep into the fascia. In Yin we incorporate asanas that work in a way to open up the shoulders, hips and back, whilst increasing your flexibility and core strength. Pranayama - Ocean breathing which utilizes your throat to breath control, this method can be particularly helpful to tune your thoughts inwardly and focus on your mind and body connection. With guided meditations that help you to slow down, focus inwardly and relax, creating a peaceful environment that alleviate stress and creates deep relation and restores energy.

HELPFUL HINTS
Some helpful hints to make your visits to classes run smoothly:

You will need to complete a registration form on your first class and must make me aware of any current or previous injuries.

Exercise equipment is provided: blocks, bands, pillows, balls...etc.

Please bring your own mat

Please bring water and a small towel if needed.

There are changing facilities and drinking water is available onsite.

All venues have plenty of free car parking available

Please make sure you arrive in good time. Doors are normally open 20 minutes before class starts.

24 hours notice is expected if you cancel a class booking. If pre paid your class will then be carried over to the following week.
