CLASSES WE OFFER
We offer Group Classes and specialise in One-On-One Coaching Programs throughout the day and evening to accommodate your busy schedule.
Each Group Class lasts up to 60 minutes although this can vary for Small Groups and One-On-One Private Sessions.

ABOUT THE CLASSES
BACK CARE & STRENGTHENING CLASS
Working long hours in a stressful environment combined with poor posture can often result in tension and aches, typically in the lower back. My back care & strengthening class has been specifically designed to help to improve lumber stabilisation, strengthen and lengthen the spine. Emphasis is on correcting the natural alignment of the entire body - specifically the pelvic area and spine. My BCS Pilates classes help to engage the torso, deep abdominals and pelvic floor muscles. It sculpts the body giving definition to muscles, flexibility and strength. Helping to support, ease and improve back aches and pains.
Some helpful hints to make your visits to classes run smoothly:
You will need to complete a registration form on your first class and must make me aware of any current or previous injuries.
Please bring water and a small towel if needed.
There are changing facilities and drinking water is available onsite.
All venues have plenty of free car parking available
Please make sure you arrive in good time. Doors are normally open 20 minutes before class starts.
Exercise equipment is provided: Mats, blocks, bands, pillows, balls...etc.
24 hours notice is expected if you cancel a class booking. If pre paid your class will then be carried over to the following week.

If you have any holiday dates please email them to me so you are not charged for missed classes.
